All packages of more than 50 people are delivered and set up with chafing dishes, sterno and serving utensils for the food we provide. We will set up the buffet (but do not provide the tables for the buffet), keep buffet area stocked and clean for the appropriate amount of time for your size party. We can either leave the buffet up with disposable warmers and utensils or break it down for you and wrap all food.

You keep the leftovers.

Each Package comes with what is listed on the menu (they all come with BBQ and Buffalo Ranch Sauce)

The “just the meat” and “just the food” do not come with table settings.

After noon on Thursdays in the busy season it may be hard to return phone calls until Monday morning, but I try to return all calls within a day.

Any time, I have weddings and graduation parties booked more than a year in advance. But we can do multiple events in one day so call to check availability at any notice.
Phone or email are both good.

At the time of booking I will need appx. number of people, address of event, a contact phone number, email, what package you are interested in and if you would require tables being bussed (15% fee).

Once the date is confirmed and on my calendar, I will need all final number of guests and final menu choices by Tuesday of the week before your event (11 days for a Saturday).
Cash or Check.
Credit cards with a 3% processing fee.
Once we have your final number we will invoice you by email ( if possible).
The invoices will be sent by Tuesday of the week of your party at the latest.
Payment is due in full the day of your event.
